Job summary

Rivian is seeking a Product Guide III in East Rutherford, NJ to be the face of the brand, delivering memorable experiences from initial contact to vehicle delivery and building lasting community relationships.

You will leverage product expertise, engage customers with personalized demonstrations, and collaborate with teams to meet KPIs while upholding Rivian’s premium standards across showrooms and events.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, automotive, clean energy solutions, field marketing, sales, education or hospitality environment preferred.
• Must be 18+ years old; 21+ to operate Rivian vehicles.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent credential required.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends or holidays; travel may be required for market launches and operations.
• Experience using POS and CRM software preferred.
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace and ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Valid driver's license; clean driving record; may need to obtain licenses (sales/notary/food handling) within 90 days if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, engage, and educate customers with a positive, inclusive experience.
• Achieve KPIs: leads captured, lead-to-drive rate, sales orders, and customer experience (NPS).
• Engage customers to identify needs; offer demonstrations and deliveries.
• Support brand initiatives: demand generation, product deep-dives, gear demos, events.
• Maintain brand/product knowledge and use POS/CRM tools to generate leads.
