Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, automotive, field marketing, sales, education or hospitality preferred.
• Must be 18+ years old; 21+ to operate Rivian vehicles.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, engage, and educate customers with a positive, inclusive experience.
• Achieve KPIs such as leads captured, lead capture rate, lead-to-drive rate, sales orders influenced, and NPS results.
• Engage with customers to create individualized experiences including demos and deliveries.
• Support brand initiatives including events, product deep-dives, and community activities.
• Maintain brand standards and up-to-date product knowledge across tools (POS, CRM).
• Perform day-to-day operations including event production, space upkeep, and displays.
