Job summary

Rivian Automotive is seeking a Product Guide III to be the face of the brand, delivering memorable customer experiences and driving engagement from initial contact through vehicle delivery.

The role emphasizes brand expertise, POS/CRM usage, and participation in events, with a schedule of 3–4 days per week and weekend availability. Training and growth opportunities accompany a premium retail environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service, automotive, field marketing, sales, education or hospitality preferred.
• Must be 18+; 21+ to operate Rivian vehicles.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays; travel may be required for market launches.
• Experience with POS and CRM software preferred.
• Proficient with Google Workspace; quick to learn new tools.
• Valid driver's license; clean MV record; eligible for licenses where required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and educate customers; create a positive, inclusive experience.
• Aim to achieve KPIs: leads captured, capture rate, lead-to-drive rate, orders, and NPS results.
• Engage customers to tailor experiences, including demos and deliveries.
• Support brand initiatives: demand and lead generation, product deep-dives, gear demos, event planning.
• Maintain strong product and brand knowledge; complete required trainings.
