Rivian is seeking a Product Guide III to welcome and educate visitors at our Walnut Creek location, delivering engaging and premium experiences throughout the customer journey—from initial engagement to vehicle delivery.

You will leverage POS and CRM tools, maintain brand standards, and collaborate on events and promotions while supporting growth and customer loyalty in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in customer service or related fields preferred.
• Must be 18+ years old; 21+ to operate Rivian vehicles.
• High school equivalency credential required; willingness to travel for market launches.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, engage, and educate customers to provide a positive, inclusive experience.
• Aim to meet KPIs: leads captured, lead capture rate, lead-to-drive rate, orders influenced, and NPS scores.
• Identify customer needs through demonstrations and deliveries to tailor experiences.
