Job summary

Rivian is seeking a Product Guide III in Colorado to be the face of the brand, delivering memorable experiences from first contact to vehicle delivery and beyond. You will cultivate loyalty through expert product knowledge and an enthusiastic customer-centric approach.

You will drive leads, support events, and seamlessly leverage POS/CRM tools to enhance the customer journey while upholding Rivian’s premium standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in customer service, automotive, clean energy solutions, field marketing, sales, education, or hospitality environment preferred.
• At least 18 years of age; 21+ to operate Rivian vehicles.
• High School Diploma or GED required; ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, engage, and educate customers with a positive, inclusive experience.
• Achieve KPIs: leads captured, lead capture rate, lead-to-drive rate, and NPS scores.
• Engage with customers for demos and deliveries, creating individualized experiences.
• Support brand initiatives: demand and lead generation, product deep-dives, gear demos, and events.
• Maintain brand/product knowledge and effectively use POS and CRM tools.
• Perform day-to-day operations: event support, BOH upkeep, and maintaining displays.
• Uphold premium retail, hospitality, and vehicle presentation standards.
