Job summary

Rivian is seeking a Product Guide III for its East Rutherford, New Jersey location. You will be the face of the brand, delivering intuitive and engaging experiences that build loyalty from first contact through vehicle delivery.

You’ll lead demonstrations, educate customers, and work to exceed expectations while staying current on Rivian’s products and tools, including POS and CRM, in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in customer service, automotive, field marketing, sales, education, or hospitality environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, engage, and educate customers, providing a positive and inclusive experience.
• Achieve KPIs such as leads captured and lead-to-drive rate.
• Demonstrate brand and product expertise and conduct demonstrations and deliveries.
