Job summary

Rivian Automotive seeks a Product Guide III to be the face of the brand in King of Prussia, PA. You will cultivate customer connections through engaging experiences, driving intuitive interactions from first contact to vehicle delivery.

You’ll showcase product expertise, operate POS and CRM tools, and collaborate with teams to exceed customer expectations while supporting brand initiatives and events.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in customer service; EV, field marketing, sales, education, or hospitality preferred.
• Must be 18+ years old; 21+ to operate Rivian vehicles.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; travel as needed.
• POS and CRM software experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace; ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Valid driver's license; clean driving record; MV rules compliance.
• Sales/notary/food handling certification within first 90 days if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, engage, and educate customers in a positive, inclusive environment.
• Achieve KPIs: leads captured, lead capture rate, lead-to-drive rate, sales orders, and NPS/survey results.
• Engage with customers to tailor experiences including demos and deliveries.
• Support brand initiatives: demand/lead generation, product demos, and community events.
• Maintain brand, product, and training knowledge; stay updated on required training.
