Job summary

Rivian Automotive is seeking a Product Guide III at our Laguna Beach location. You will welcome customers, conduct demonstrations, and coordinate deliveries to reinforce the Rivian brand. This role emphasizes customer connection, premium service, and achieving sales-related KPIs.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in customer-facing roles, a high school diploma or equivalent, and flexibility to work 3–4 days per week with weekend availability. Prior POS/CRM experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, automotive, field marketing, or hospitality.
• Must be 18+; 21+ to operate Rivian vehicles.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; travel may be required.
• Experience with POS and CRM software preferred.
• Strong English communication skills; willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, engage, and educate customers creating a positive experience.
• Achieve KPIs: leads captured, lead-to-drive rate, and customer satisfaction (NPS).
• Demonstrate products via demos and customer deliveries.
• Support brand initiatives: events, gear demos, and community engagement.
• Maintain product and brand knowledge; use POS/CRM to generate leads.
• Handle day-to-day operations and event support; ensure premium presentation.
• Uphold hospitality and retail standards; take on additional projects as needed.
