Rivian is seeking a Product Guide III to welcome customers in Katy, TX and lead engaging experiences from initial contact to vehicle delivery. You will leverage your customer service expertise, POS/CRM tools, and strong product knowledge to drive leads and satisfaction.

This role emphasizes brand representation, community connection, and adapting quickly in a fast-paced showroom environment. You’ll work a flexible schedule, support events, and maintain premium presentation across Rivian spaces

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in customer service, automotive, field marketing, sales, or hospitality.
• Must be 18+; 21+ to operate Rivian vehicles.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; travel may be required.
• Experience with POS and CRM software preferred; proficient with Google Workspace.
• Valid driver’s license in state of residence; no major driving violations in past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, engage, and educate customers with a positive experience.
• Achieve KPIs like leads captured, lead-to-drive rate, and NPS results.
• Demonstrate vehicles, coordinate deliveries, and support brand initiatives.
• Maintain brand, hospitality, and vehicle presentation standards.
• Utilize POS/CRM to generate leads and enhance customer experience.
