Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service or related fields.
• Able to work nights/weekends/holidays.
• Experience with POS and CRM software.
• Valid driver's license and clean MVR.
• Ability to obtain required licenses within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, engage, and educate customers, providing a positive and inclusive experience; exceed expectations.
• Achieve KPIs such as leads captured, lead capture rate, lead-to-drive rate, and customer experience metrics (NPS).
• Engage with Rivian customers to tailor a unique experience including demo drives and deliveries.
• Support brand initiatives, including events, demos, and community activities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tools (POS/CRM) and leverage them to generate leads.
• Perform day-to-day operational duties, including event support, space upkeep, and displays.
