Job summary

RTX seeks a Product Development Engineer (PDE) to drive manufacturability of PCB/CCA designs, lead design reviews, and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams from concept through production. The role emphasizes BOM management, IPC standards, and cross-functional collaboration to improve cost, quality, and cycle time.

You will mentor other PDEs, lead meetings, and travel for onsite supplier support to resolve issues and implement lessons learned across programs.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a STEM degree and 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with PCB manufacturing, circuit card assembly, and IPC/MIL specifications is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Host and facilitate design reviews for PCB/CCA from inception to manufacturing.
• Provide supplier support including travel for onsite work and coordinating with RTX stakeholders and suppliers.
