Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Product Designer to own end-to-end design for authentication and account security experiences across employer and jobseeker surfaces. You will move from problem framing to engineering-ready specs within an established design system.

You will collaborate with senior designers, produce flow maps and state coverage, and deliver production-ready designs with responsive layouts and clear handoffs.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of UX design experience with a shipped product portfolio.
• Strong Figma mastery and prototyping skills.
• Experience shipping production software and collaborating with product and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for authentication and account security experiences.
• Produce engineering-ready specs, redlines, and handoff documentation.
• Partner with product management and engineers to iterate on flows.
• Create flow maps, audits, and future-state concepts for sign-up and sign-in.
• Conduct lightweight usability validation and draft interface copy.
