Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Product Designer to own end-to-end design for authentication and account security across employer and jobseeker surfaces. You will move from problem framing to engineering-ready specs within an established design system and will need strong Figma expertise.

Responsibilities include end-to-end design, MVP explorations, state maps, and production-ready deliverables. A collaborative, cross-functional approach and knowledge of authentication flows are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of UX design experience with shipped work.
• Portfolio shows engineering-implemented work on multi-path flows.
• Product design experience shipping production software, esp. onboarding or flow-based experiences.
• Experience designing within an established design system.
• Mastery of Figma, solid prototyping, and clear engineering handoff documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for authentication and account security experiences across surfaces.
• Partner with senior designers on larger initiatives and provide design support.
• Conduct cross-flow systems work across employer and jobseeker surfaces.
• Produce rapid MVP explorations for experimental work.
• Deliver current-state audits, flow maps, routing, and account settings surfaces.
• Develop future-state concepts for sign-up paths and authentication components.
• Deliver production-ready designs with full state coverage and engineering-ready specs.
• Conduct lightweight usability validation and draft interface copy.
• Provide design QA during implementation and launch.
• Collaborate with engineers on scoping and system dependencies.
