Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Product Designer to own end-to-end design for authentication and account security across employer and jobseeker surfaces. This role moves from problem framing through engineering-ready specs within an established design system.

You will produce production-ready designs, conduct lightweight usability validation, and partner with engineers to deliver comprehensive sign-up and sign-in experiences with edge-case handling.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of UX design experience.
• Experience shipping production software with account, onboarding, or similar flow-based products.
• Experience collaborating with product management and engineering on design and delivery.
• Ability to design complex, multi-path flows within an established design system.
• Attention to accessibility, edge cases, and error/recovery states.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for authentication and account security across employer and jobseeker surfaces.
• Partner with senior designers on large initiatives needing additional design support.
• Identify inconsistencies across employer and jobseeker identity surfaces and drive alignment.
• Produce rapid MVP explorations for experimental work.
• Deliver current-state audits and flow maps for sign-up/sign-in and account settings.
