Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Product Designer to own end-to-end authentication and account security experiences across employer and jobseeker surfaces. You will translate problems into engineering-ready specs within a design system, with Figma as a core tool.

Collaborate with product managers and engineers, deliver stateful flows, perform lightweight usability validation, and produce production-ready designs with complete state coverage. Hybrid work options and a culture focused on growth.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of UX design experience with shipped, engineering-implemented work.
• Product design experience shipping production software, incl. onboarding or flow-based experiences.
• Experience designing with product management and engineering partnerships.
• Ability to design complex, multi-path flows with edge cases and accessibility.
• Strong communication and collaboration across functions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for authentication and account management flows across employer and jobseeker surfaces.
• Partner with senior designers on larger initiatives where additional design support is needed.
• Produce rapid MVP explorations for experimental work.
• Deliver current-state audits and flow maps of sign-up and sign-in entry points, routing logic, and account/security settings.
• Develop future-state concepts for sign-up path resolution and embedded authentication components.
• Produce production-ready designs with end-to-end flows, state coverage, and engineering-ready specs.
• Conduct lightweight usability validation and draft interface copy for review.
• Provide design QA support through implementation and launch.
• Engage with engineers on authentication flows, verification states, routing logic, and system dependencies.
