AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Product Designer to own end-to-end design for authentication and account security across employer and jobseeker surfaces. You will move from problem framing to engineering-ready specs, handling multi-path flows within an established design system. Figma expertise and technical fluency are essential.

You will collaborate with senior designers on larger initiatives, produce rapid MVP explorations, and deliver comprehensive design documentation for engineering handoff.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of UX design experience
• Product design experience shipping production software
• Experience designing complex multi-path flows
• Experience with established design systems
• Mastery of Figma and prototyping skills

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for authentication and account security experiences across employer and jobseeker surfaces.
• Partner with senior designers on larger initiatives.
• Produce production-ready designs with end-to-end flows, state coverage, and engineering handoff docs.
• Conduct lightweight usability validation and draft interface copy.
• Provide design QA support through implementation and launch.
• Collaborate with engineers on authentication flows and system dependencies.
