AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Product Designer to own end-to-end design for authentication and account security experiences across employer and jobseeker surfaces. You will move from problem framing to engineering-ready specs, managing multi-path flows within a design system.

Bring 3–5 years of UX design experience, strong Figma skills, and a collaborative approach to partner with product management and engineering. This role emphasizes security, sign-up/login flows, and scalable design systems.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of UX design experience.
• Experience shipping production software with onboarding or flow-based experiences.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering.
• Design complex multi-path flows with edge cases.
• Work within an established design system.
• Proficient in Figma and prototyping.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for Authentication and Account Management initiatives.
• Partner with senior designers on larger initiatives.
• Conduct cross-flow systems work across employer and jobseeker surfaces.
• Produce rapid MVP explorations.
• Deliver state maps and routing logic for sign-up/sign-in points.
• Develop future-state concepts for authentication components.
• Create production-ready designs with full state coverage.
• Provide design QA during implementation and launch.
• Collaborate with engineers on scoping and handoffs.
