AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Product Designer to own end-to-end design for authentication and account security experiences across employer and jobseeker surfaces. You will move from problem framing through engineering-ready specs within our design system.

The role emphasizes strong Figma expertise, prototyping, and close partnership with product management and engineering to deliver multi-path flows, edge cases, accessibility, and clear handoffs.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of UX design experience with shipped, engineering-implemented work on complex multi-path flows.
• Portfolio evidence of account/onboarding or flow-based product experiences.
• Experience designing production software in collaboration with product management and engineering.
• Proven ability to design complex, multi-path flows across multiple surfaces.
• Edge-case handling, accessibility, and error/recovery considerations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for Authentication Experience and Account Management initiatives, including problem framing and engineering-ready specs.
• Partner with senior designers on larger initiatives as needed.
• Perform cross-flow systems work to identify inconsistencies across employer and jobseeker surfaces.
• Produce rapid MVP explorations for experimental work.
• Deliver current-state audits and flow maps for sign-up, sign-in, routing, and security settings.
• Develop future-state concepts for sign-up paths and embedded authentication components.
• Produce production-ready designs with full state coverage and engineering handoff docs.
• Conduct lightweight usability validation and draft interface copy for content review.
• Provide design QA support through implementation and launch.
• Collaborate with engineers on authentication flows, verification, session states, routing, and dependencies.
