Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Product Designer to own end-to-end design for authentication and account security experiences across employer and jobseeker surfaces. You will move from problem framing to engineering-ready specs within an established design system, leveraging Figma expertise and strong collaboration with engineering.

You will deliver production-ready flows, state coverage, and edge-case handling across multi-path journeys, while partnering with senior designers on larger initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of UX design experience; portfolio with shipped, engineering-implemented work.
• Product design experience shipping production software, ideally including onboarding or other flow-based product experiences.
• Experience designing, shipping, and iterating on product experiences in close partnership with product management and engineering.
• Proven ability to design complex, multi-path flows that branch based on user or account conditions.
• Mastery of Figma, solid prototyping skills, and experience producing clear engineering handoff documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for authentication and account security experiences across employer and jobseeker surfaces.
• Partner with senior designers on larger initiatives requiring design support.
• Produce production-ready designs: end-to-end flows, full state coverage, responsive and mobile web.
• Deliver current-state audits and flow maps of sign-up/in and account security surfaces.
• Develop future-state concepts for sign-up paths and authentication components.
• Provide design QA support through implementation and launch.
• Participate in engineering scoping and refinement with engineers.
