Job summary

Qualifications
- 3–5 years of UX design experience, with shipped, engineering-implemented work on complex multi-path flows.
- Product design experience shipping production software, including account, onboarding, or flow-based experiences.
- Experience designing within an established design system and collaborating with product management and engineering.
- Mastery of Figma and solid prototyping skills, plus ability to produce engineering handoff docs.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design for authentication and account security experiences across employer and jobseeker surfaces, from problem framing to engineering-ready specs.
- Partner with senior designers on larger initiatives and contribute to cross-flow systems work.
- Produce rapid MVP explorations and deliver current-state audits and flow maps for sign-up/sign-in entry points.
- Develop future-state concepts for sign-up flows and consolidated security settings, with production-ready designs.
- Provide design QA support through implementation and launch, and collaborate with engineers on routing logic and system dependencies.
