Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Product Designer to own end-to-end design for authentication and account security across employer and jobseeker surfaces. You will move from problem framing through engineering-ready specs within an established design system. Figma expertise and technical fluency are essential.

You will design complex, multi-path flows, produce rapid MVP explorations, and deliver end-to-end flows with full state coverage while collaborating with product and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• 3–5 years of UX design experience.
• Product design experience shipping production software.
• Experience designing complex, multi-path flows.
• Experience working with design systems.
• Mastery of Figma and prototyping.
• Clear communication and collaboration.
• Ability to work independently on defined initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for authentication and account security experiences across employer and jobseeker surfaces.
• Partner with senior designers on larger initiatives and provide design support as needed.
• Produce production-ready designs: end-to-end flows, full state coverage, and engineering-ready specs.
• Deliver current-state audits and flow maps of sign-up/sign-in paths and routing logic.
• Provide design QA support through implementation and launch.
• Collaborate with engineers on authentication flows, verification and session states.
