Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Product Designer to own end-to-end design for authentication and account security experiences across employer and jobseeker surfaces. This role requires mastery of Figma and a strong design system literacy.

You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver engineering-ready specs, flows, and state coverage across sign-up and sign-in journeys, while prioritizing accessibility and edge cases.

Qualifications

3–5 years of UX design experience with shipped, engineering-implemented work on complex multi-path flows.
Strong portfolio showing end-to-end product design for auth/account flows and onboarding.
Experience shipping product software in collaboration with product management and engineering.
Proven ability to design complex, multi-path flows that adapt to user/account conditions.
Thoughtful handling of edge cases, errors, accessibility, and user control across surfaces.
Experience working within an established design system and contributing to its evolution.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end design for authentication and account management initiatives across employer and jobseeker surfaces.
Collaborate with senior designers on larger initiatives and mentor where needed.
Produce engineering-ready specs, state coverage, and design handoffs.
Audit current sign-up/sign-in flows and map routing logic and security settings.
Develop future-state concepts for sign-up paths and embedded authentication components.
Provide design QA support through implementation and launch.
