Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Product Designer to own end-to-end design for authentication and account security across employer and jobseeker surfaces. You will move from problem framing through engineering-ready specs, handling multi-path flows within an established design system.

Figma expertise and technical fluency are essential. Responsibilities include delivering production-ready designs, state coverage, and collaboration with product and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of UX design experience.
• Strong Figma mastery and design systems experience.
• Experience shipping production software with end-to-end flows.
• Ability to design complex, multi-path flows.
• Collaborative with product and engineering teams.
• Edge-case handling, accessibility, and recovery considerations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for Authentication and Account Management initiatives; problem framing to engineering-ready specs.
• Partner with senior designers on larger initiatives.
• Perform cross-flow systems work across employer and jobseeker surfaces.
• Produce rapid MVP explorations for experimental work.
• Deliver current-state audits and flow maps for sign-up/sign-in and routing.
• Develop future-state concepts for sign-up paths and security settings.
• Produce production-ready designs with full state coverage and specs.
• Conduct lightweight usability validation and draft interface copy.
• Provide design QA support through implementation and launch.
• Participate in engineering scoping and routing/state logic discussions.
