Job summary
AgileEngine is seeking a Product Designer to own end-to-end design for authentication and account security experiences across employer and jobseeker surfaces. You will move from problem framing to engineering-ready specs, handling multi-path flows within an established design system.
Figma expertise and technical fluency are essential. You will collaborate with senior designers on larger initiatives, perform cross-flow systems work, and deliver production-ready designs with full state coverage
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of UX design experience.
- Portfolio with shipped, engineering-implemented work on complex multi-path flows.
- Experience shipping production software, ideally including onboarding or account flows.
- Ability to operate independently on defined initiatives and collaborate with PMs and engineers.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design for Authentication and Account Management initiatives across employer and jobseeker surfaces.
- Produce engineering-ready specs, including flow maps, state coverage, and redlines.
- Partner with senior designers on larger initiatives when needed.
- Create rapid MVP explorations and current-state audits of sign-up/sign-in flows.
- Provide design QA support through implementation and launch.
