Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Product Designer to own end-to-end design for authentication and account security experiences across employer and jobseeker surfaces. You will move from problem framing through engineering-ready specs, working within an established design system.

Figma expertise and technical fluency are essential. You will deliver production-ready designs: end-to-end flows, state coverage, responsive layouts, redlines, and engineering-ready specs, with lightweight usability

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of UX design experience with shipped, engineering-implemented work on complex multi-path flows.
• Portfolio evidences product design shipping for authentication or onboarding flows.
• Strong collaboration with product management and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for authentication and account security initiatives across employer and jobseeker surfaces.
• Produce engineering-ready specs, state coverage, and responsive designs.
• Deliver current-state audits and future-state concepts for sign-up and sign-in flows.
• Partner with senior designers on larger initiatives and perform lightweight usability validation.
• Provide design QA support through implementation and launch.
