You will drive governance forums, risk management, and cost optimization, ensuring delivery excellence and strategic partnerships across Technology Services and DePuy Synthes initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field required.
• Master’s degree or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the strategic vendor management approach across Technology Services, establishing consistent governance and reporting.
• Establish and manage strategic vendor relationships aligned with business priorities and technology strategy.
• Lead end-to-end governance of strategic technology vendors across onboarding, performance reviews, renewals, and exits.
• Drive collaboration with key technology partners to identify opportunities that improve services and outcomes.
• Establish vendor governance forums, QBRs, and executive reviews using SLAs, KPIs, and scorecards.
