Vallen is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support procurement activities at client sites. You will purchase products and materials meeting price, quality, and delivery standards while maintaining excellent service for customers.

Responsibilities include placing requisitions, expediting orders, and coordinating with vendors and customers to ensure timely delivery. Strong attention to detail and communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent. 1+ years of experience in procurement preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS-Office products and ERP/inventory applications.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Procure products and materials to meet current and anticipated demand.
• Place purchase requisitions and vendor orders.
• Research and select vendors meeting specifications, price, and delivery standards.
• Monitor order status and coordinate with customers and vendors.
