Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ years of procurement experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to learn ERP and inventory management tools quickly.

Responsibilities

• Perform procurement activities to meet customer demand for products and materials.
• Place purchase requisitions and vendor purchase orders.
• Research and evaluate vendors to meet quality, pricing, and delivery standards.
• Monitor quality and timeliness of supplies; coordinate returns or replacements as needed.
• Follow up on purchase orders and communicate status to customers and vendors.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and adhere to SOPs.
