Job summary

Subway is seeking a Manager, Procurement Center of Excellence to lead the establishment and operation of the procurement digitization and governance framework. You will own systems, data, analytics, reporting, and governance to prove value across the enterprise.

You will work directly with the VP of Procurement to source, build business cases, and implement a scalable digital foundation, including spend analytics, CLM, and savings tracking.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in procurement, supply chain analytics, finance, or technology related to procurement.
• Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Hands-on experience building or managing a spend analytics capability with data categorization, cleansing, and dashboard development.
• Experience with enterprise procurement or spend analytics platforms (Coupa, Jaggaer, SAP Ariba, SpendHQ, Ivalua or similar); CLM and Spend platforms are key.
• Track record of designing and managing Finance-validated savings tracking processes, including collaboration with Finance.
• Strong project management skills; ability to manage multiple workstreams with milestones and status reporting.
• Advanced Excel and data skills; proficiency with Power BI, Tableau or similar BI tools; practical application of AI in Procurement.
• Experience supporting executive-level reporting and communications for VP, CFO, or CEO audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of Procurement’s digital stack including end-to-end procure-to-pay or key technologies such as spend analytics, CLM, and project/savings tracking.
• Serve as the technology owner for procurement platforms, overseeing performance, vendor relationships, integrations, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with IT on data feeds and integration architecture to ensure clean data flows across platforms.
• Champion tool adoption through training, communication, and ongoing support.
• Build and maintain the enterprise spend cube; develop analytics and category insights to identify savings opportunities.
• Produce dashboards and reporting giving leadership real-time visibility into spend by category, supplier, business unit, and geography.
• Design and own the savings tracking methodology and pipeline; partner with FP&A for validation and reporting.
• Establish governance standards, policy documentation, process maps, and compliance tracking.
