Job summary

Subway is seeking a Manager, Procurement Center of Excellence to lead the digital backbone of its procurement transformation. You will own spend analytics, governance, and reporting, partnering with Finance, IT and Legal to drive EBITDA improvements.

Reporting to the VP of Procurement, you will build dashboards, implement CLM and savings tracking, and scale processes across Corporate Spend, IT, FAF, and Beverages & Snacks. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact leadership role in Shelton, CT.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in procurement, supply chain analytics, finance, or related field.
• Experience building or managing a spend analytics capability with data cleansing and dashboard development.
• Hands-on procurement technology leadership including evaluation, implementation and adoption of tools.
• Experience designing and managing finance‑validated savings tracking processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation, selection and implementation of the procurement digital stack.
• Own technology performance, vendor management, system integrations and governance.
• Develop enterprise spend cube and analytics to surface savings opportunities.
• Create finance‑grade savings and pipeline reports for leadership reviews.
• Establish procurement governance, policy and process maps.
