Job summary

Subway is seeking a Manager, Procurement Center of Excellence to lead systems, data, analytics, and governance that underpin procurement value across the enterprise.

You will implement the digital stack, build executive dashboards, and partner with Finance/FP&A to validate savings and EBITDA impact. This role requires a strong leadership mindset and hands-on execution in a high-velocity environment.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in procurement or supply chain operations, analytics, finance, or related tech.

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation, selection, and implementation of Procurment’s digital stack including P2P platform or key technologies.
• Own as technology owner: platform performance, vendor relations, integrations, access, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with IT for data feeds and integration architecture to ensure clean data flow across platforms.
• Champion tool adoption through training, comms, and ongoing support.
• Build enterprise spend cube by cleansing, categorizing, enriching spend data from all sources.
• Develop spend analytics and category insights to identify savings opportunities and support strategy.
• Produce dashboards and reporting for real-time spend visibility by category, supplier, business unit, and geography.
• Support sourcing teams with data-driven opportunity analysis and savings modeling.
• Design and own procurement savings tracking methodology from identification to Finance sign-off.
• Maintain savings pipeline across pillars with owners, delivery dates, confidence levels, and Finance validation.
• Partner with FP&A on savings validation, period-end reconciliation, and alignment with EBITDA.
• Produce Finance-grade savings and pipeline reports on cadence.
• Build and run COE office with milestones, owners, and status; establish governance standards and SOPs.
• Prepare leadership materials ensuring accuracy and clarity.
• Identify risks and blockers early; keep the function on track.
• Deliver procurement training programs and capability resources.
• Benchmark against peers and drive improvement opportunities.
