Job summary

Subway is transforming its procurement function, and the COE Manager will own the systems, data, analytics, reporting and governance infrastructure that proves value to the enterprise.

Reporting to the VP of Procurement, this hands-on leadership role builds the digital and operational foundation to scale the function, leverages spend analytics and dashboards, and partners with Finance, IT and Legal to drive EBITDA growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in procurement, supply chain analytics, or related finance/tech.
• Experience building spend analytics capability and dashboards.
• Experience with enterprise procurement platforms (Coupa, SAP Ariba, Jaggaer).
• Strong project management and communication with VP/CFO level.

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation and implementation of Procurement's digital stack.
• Own technology platform performance and vendor management.
• Coordinate IT connectivity and data integration.
• Champion tool adoption through training and support.
• Build and maintain spend cube and analytics-ready data.
• Produce Finance-grade savings and pipeline reports.
• Establish governance standards and procurement policy.
• Prepare leadership materials for reviews.
