Job summary

Subway is seeking a Manager of Procurement Center of Excellence to lead the digital stack, data governance, and analytics that drive EBITDA improvements across corporate spend, IT, and beverages & snacks.

You will own spend analytics, governance standards, and executive reporting while partnering with FP&A and IT to scale the procurement function.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, building the COE from the ground up and delivering Finance-grade savings across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in procurement or related functions.
• Hands-on experience building or managing a spend analytics capability.
• Experience with enterprise procurement or spend analytics platforms (Coupa, Jaggaer, SAP Ariba, Spend HQ, Ivalua, or similar); CLM and Spend platforms are key.
• Track record designing and managing Finance‑validated savings tracking processes.
• Experience in a build or transformation environment; standing up processes/tools from scratch.
• Advanced Excel and data skills; proficiency with Power BI/Tableau; AI in Procurement.
• Experience supporting executive-level reporting for VP/CFO/CEO audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation, selection, and implementation of Procurement’s digital stack (e.g., end-to-end P2P or key technologies).
• Own technology platform performance, vendor relations, integrations, and user access.
• Coordinate with IT on data feeds and integration architecture for clean data flows.
• Champion tool adoption through training, communication, and ongoing support.
• Build and maintain enterprise spend cube and analytics-ready data foundation.
• Develop spend analytics and category insights to surface savings opportunities.
• Produce Finance-grade savings and pipeline reports for leadership reviews.
• Design and own the savings tracking methodology and validation with FP&A.
• Build the COE office and governance standards with clear milestones and ownership.
• Develop procurement training programs and continuous improvement of processes.
