Job summary

Subway is seeking a Manager of Procurement Center of Excellence to lead the digital transformation of its procurement function. You will own analytics, governance, and reporting capabilities to enable EBITDA-driven sourcing.

Reporting to the VP of Procurement, you will build dashboards, govern policies, and drive supplier data excellence across categories and geographies. A hands-on leader is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience building and managing a spend analytics capability.
• Ability to cleanse and categorize enterprise spend data.
• Experience with enterprise procurement platforms and CLM systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation and implementation of procurement's digital stack.
• Own platform performance, vendor relationships, and integrations.
• Ensure procurement data flows cleanly across platforms.
• Champion tool adoption through training and support.
• Build enterprise spend cube and dashboards for leadership.
• Produce finance-grade savings and pipeline reports.
• Establish governance standards and policy documentation.
• Prepare leadership materials for VP/ CFO level.
• Identify and elevate risks and delivery gaps early.
