Subway is building a Procurement Center of Excellence to transform spend analytics, governance, and reporting. You will own the digital stack, lead analytics, and partner with Finance to deliver EBITDA improvements.

You will establish procurement policy, dashboards, and a data-driven culture across Corporate Spend, IT, FAF, and Beverages & Snacks. This role demands hands-on leadership and strategic execution.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in procurement, supply chain, analytics, or related finance/tech fields.
• Hands-on experience building or managing spend analytics capabilities.
• Experience with enterprise procurement or spend analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation, selection, and implementation of Procurement’s digital stack.
• Own spend analytics, dashboards, and governance reporting.
• Design and manage savings tracking and pipeline by pillar.
• Build COE office with milestones, owners, and status.
• Provide executive-ready insights and cross-functional collaboration.
