Job summary

Subway is seeking a Manager, Procurement Center of Excellence to lead technology ownership, data analytics, and governance across procurement pillars. You will drive spend analytics, savings tracking, and executive reporting while implementing scalable processes and tools that unlock EBITDA improvements.

You will report to the VP of Procurement and collaborate with Finance, IT, and Legal to deliver Finance-grade insights and credible governance at the CEO and CFO level.

Qualifications

• Experience building and maintaining spend analytics capabilities with clean data and reliable inputs.
• Strong BI skills and ability to create executive-ready dashboards and KPI reporting.
• Hands-on knowledge of procurement technology platforms and adoption.
• Ability to design and manage a Finance‑grade savings pipeline.
• Excellent project management, data handling, and governance capabilities.
• Comfort with cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication.
• Evidence of AI adoption in procurement with tangible outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field; advanced certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology ownership, evaluate and implement digital stack, and ensure performance and adoption.
• Build and maintain an enterprise spend cube; produce analytics-ready data foundations.
• Design and track a Finance‑validated savings pipeline across pillars.
• Establish governance standards, policy documentation, and compliance tracking.
• Prepare executive materials and provide data-driven insights to VP Procurement and leadership.
• Collaborate with FP&A, IT, Legal, and business teams to align reports with EBITDA goals.
