Job summary

Subway is seeking a Manager, Procurement Center of Excellence to lead analytics, governance, and digital tooling across the procurement function. You will own spend analytics, reporting, and the savings pipeline, partnering with FP&A and IT to scale an enterprise-wide COE.

This hands-on leadership role requires operational discipline, cross-functional collaboration, and a track record of delivering EBITDA improvements through data-driven procurement practices.

Qualifications

8+ years in procurement, supply chain analytics, or related finance/tech area.
Experience building spend analytics capabilities and dashboards.
Familiarity with enterprise procurement platforms and data governance.

Responsibilities

Lead evaluation and implementation of the digital procurement stack.
Own analytics, reporting, and governance for the COE.
Develop executive dashboards and finance-grade reporting.
Partner with FP&A for savings validation and EBITDA tracking.
Train and enable procurement teams on tools and processes.
