Subway is seeking a Manager, Procurement Center of Excellence to lead the transformation of its procurement function. You will own the digital stack, data, analytics, reporting, and governance to prove value across the enterprise.

This hands-on role partners with VP Procurement to build the foundation for scalable savings, dashboards, and policy standards. You will drive spend analytics, technology adoption, and Finance‑grade reporting while coordinating across Corporate Spend, IT, and FP&A to

Qualifications

• 8+ years in procurement, supply chain analytics, or related finance/tech role.
• Hands-on experience building or managing an analytics capability.
• Experience with enterprise procurement platforms (Coupa, SAP Ariba, etc.).
• Track record of designing and delivering Finance‑validated savings.
• Build or transform processes, tools, and governance in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation and implementation of the digital procurement stack.
• Own platform performance, vendor relations, and integrations.
• Develop enterprise spend cube and analytics to surface savings.
• Produce finance-grade dashboards and reporting for leadership.
• Design and manage the savings tracking methodology and pipeline.
• Establish governance standards, policy docs, and playbooks.
