City of New York is seeking a Procurement Analyst-3 to support the Bureau of Finance and Performance Management within the DOT Division of Bridges. Qualifications

• A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university.
• An associate degree or completion of 60 semester credits and 12 months of procurement experience.
• A four-year high school diploma or equivalent and two years of relevant procurement experience.

Responsibilities

• Use FMS to check balances, encumbrances, and budget structures.
• Assist with New Need Forms to the DOT Budget Office.
• Confirm grant budget codes match liquidations and identify discrepancies.
• Perform FCCR and POCR in PASSPort to prepare contracts for invoicing and start POs for each FY.
• Research procurement documents using PASSPort and the Division's SharePoint.
• Assist in compiling procurement documents from requisition to registration.
• Communicate project history and current status using Word and Excel.
• Distribute railroad force account invoices and track liquidations outside PASSPort.
• Perform other related duties.
