Job summary

The New York City Department of Transportation, Division of Bridges, seeks a Procurement Analyst I to support the procurement lifecycle, ESA Task Orders, CMA processing, and PQL applications. You will work closely with ACCO and use PASSPort and Excel to verify cost proposals and funding before solicitations.

At City of New York, you’ll contribute to major bridge projects, maintain procurement documentation, and participate in post-award activities while adhering to agency policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience with procurement and ESA task orders.
• Ability to review CMA paperwork for completeness and accuracy.
• Familiarity with agency policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Utilize PASSPort and other systems to process RFx documents and manage projects.
• Prepare RFxs by configuring questionnaires and item grids.
• Review RFxs prepared by others for completeness and correctness.
