Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be permanently in the Civil Service title or reachable on the open-competitive list.
• Experience with PASSPort, CMA, ESA Task Orders and RFx document review.
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail for cost verification.
• Ability to coordinate with internal divisions and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement using PASSPort and other systems for RFx and CMA processing.
• Review ESA Task Orders, CMA paperwork and Master Agreement scope alignment.
• Verify cost proposals using payrolls and staffing rosters in Excel.
• Prepare and configure RFx questionnaires and ensure proper documentation.
• Update procurement tracking reports and coordinate with ACCO and project teams.
