Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher required; alternative combinations accepted if they include 60+ college credits with 12 months procurement experience.
  • Experience in procurement of goods, services, or construction is preferred; strong contract negotiation/management background is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with government procurement rules, budgeting systems, and document management is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize competitive procurement methods (sealed bids, proposals, sole source, or negotiated acquisitions).
  • Review and process CMAs, ESA task orders, and PASSPort registrations.
  • Prepare RFx documents, configure questionnaires, and verify documentation for completeness.
  • Review Task Orders and ensure alignment with Master Agreements and funding.
  • Update and monitor procurement tracking in Excel; coordinate with ACCO and project teams.
