Job summary

The New York City Department of Transportation, Division of Bridges, seeks a Procurement Analyst to support ESA Task Orders, CMAs, and PQL applications, using PASSPort and Excel to verify proposals and track procurement actions.

Responsibilities include reviewing RFx, ensuring documentation, coordinating with ACCO and project teams, and preparing procurement materials for solicitations; experience with procurement methods is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualifications.
• Associate degree + 12 months procurement/related experience.
• High school diploma + 2 years of relevant procurement/contract experience.
• Combination of education and/or experience as described above.

Responsibilities

• Utilize competitive sealed procurement methods and other methods as needed.
• Review RFx for completeness and ensure documentation is uploaded.
• Review CMAs and process CMA paperwork; coordinate with ACCO.
• Verify funding with Financial teams prior to procurements for Capital and Expense contracts.
• Update procurement tracking reports in Excel and assist in compiling procurement documents.
