City of New York’s Department of Transportation, Division of Bridges, seeks a Procurement Analyst I to oversee procurement activities for major bridge projects in Manhattan. You will manage RFxs on PASSPort, review documentation for accuracy, coordinate CMAs, and work with ACCO and finance to confirm funding.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; or associate degree with 12 months procurement experience; or high school diploma with 2 years procurement/negotiation experience; combination acceptable with substitutions.
• Experience in government procurement and contracting regulations is preferred.
• Strong Excel and SharePoint proficiency and ability to manage multiple procurement projects.

Aufgaben

• Utilize competitive procurement methods (sealed proposals, bids, sole source, negotiated).
• Prepare RFxs on PASSPort and configure Questionnaires/Item Grids.
• Review RFxs for completeness and accuracy; verify CMAs.
• Coordinate professional ESA Task Orders and procurement docs for compliance.
• Work with ACCO and Financial teams to verify funding and approve solicitations.
• Update procurement tracking reports in Excel and monitor progress.
