Job summary

The New York City Department of Transportation, Division of Bridges, seeks a Procurement Analyst I to manage procurement activities, review Engineering Service Agreement Task Orders, and coordinate CMAs in a high-stakes urban setting. You will work with ACCO and PASSPort to ensure compliant, timely procurement actions across capital and expense-funded projects.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of government procurement regulations and contracting statutes
• Progressively responsible experience coordinating and implementing complex contracts in a governmental setting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SharePoint
• Experience with procurement and budgeting systems similar to PASSPort and FMS3
• Strong oral and written communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Utilize competitive procurement methods (sealed proposals, bids, sole source, negotiated)
• Review and process ESA Task Orders and CMAs for compliance
• Use PASSPort to configure RFx, review submissions, and manage projects
• Verify Task Order costs against payrolls and staffing rosters in Excel
• Assist in compiling procurement documents for ACCO review and solicitations
• Coordinate with financial teams to verify funding before procurements
• Maintain and monitor procurement tracking reports in Excel
• Assign project managers to evaluate PQL applications via SharePoint
• Complete Performance Evaluations in PASSPort and collect memo approvals
• Perform other related duties
