Responsibilities

• Process ESA Task Orders and CMA paperwork with accuracy.
• Review RFx documents for completeness and correct configuration.
• Verify task order costs against payrolls and staffing rosters in Excel.
• Coordinate with project teams and ACCO for solicitations.
• Manage PASSPort entries and update procurement tracking reports.
• Support assignment of project managers and evidence collection.
