The New York City Department of Transportation, Division of Bridges, seeks a Procurement Analyst I to support the procurement lifecycle, ESA Task Orders, CMA processing, and PQL applications. You will work closely with ACCO and use PASSPort and Excel to verify cost proposals and funding before solicitations.

The New York City Department of Transportation, Division of Bridges is responsible for managing the full life cycle of over 800 bridges and tunnels and over 600 retaining walls, ensuring safety of the public and ensuring mobility for all users. Team members may work on major project designs, oversee construction, oversee maintenance activities, perform engineering reviews and quality assurance tasks on some of the most iconic and complex projects in the City.
The New York City ("NYC" or the "City") Department of Transportation Division of Bridges (the "Division") seeks to hire a procurement professional to assist in the Division's procurement, review Engineering Service Agreement ("ESA") Task Orders, process Contract Management Actions ("CMA"), and assist in the applications for the Division's Pre-Qualification Lists ("PQL"). The unit's duties require extensive and rigorous work with internal divisions of the Department of Transportation especially the Agency Chief Contracting Office (ACCO). 1. A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university; or
