The contractor will map current workflows, identify gaps, and collaborate with business and IT teams to design and implement future-state processes with measurable benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of process consulting or business transformation experience.
• Strong ability to map processes and analyze workflows.
• Experience with root-cause analysis and performance measurement.
• Excellent written and oral communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate operations and workflows to align with goals.
• Review procedures, policies, systems, and practices.
• Gather information via interviews, workshops, and sessions.
• Develop assessments and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Design future-state processes to boost productivity and quality.
• Create process maps, requirements, and supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with teams on automation and digital initiatives.
• Support implementation and change management activities.
