You will design, standardize, and govern processes, partnering with IT, security, and risk teams to reduce friction and increase capacity.

The role emphasizes delivering measurable improvements, maintaining governance artifacts, and driving stakeholder alignment with enterprise goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in process engineering, analysis, and change management.
• 3+ years establishing or operating within a formal BPM framework (inventory, documentation, governance).
• 2+ years using process mapping tools (Lucidchart, Visio, Mural).
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification

Responsibilities

• Apply DMAIC and Lean Six Sigma methodologies to solve complex, cross-functional problems.
• Identify, prioritize, and execute high-impact improvement opportunities aligned to enterprise goals.
• Deliver measurable capacity gains, expense reduction, and risk avoidance with standardized measurement.
• Ensure improvements are sustainable, controlled, and embedded into day-to-day operations.
• Maintain an improvement backlog and prioritize initiatives by value potential.
• Create and govern process maps, SOPs, KPIs, and governance artifacts.
• Produce current-state visuals (Visio, Lucidchart) to identify bottlenecks and risks.
• Design future-state processes to streamline workflows and user experience.
• Implement improvements through automation, workflow changes, and agentic workflows.
• Collaborate with IT, platform, cybersecurity, and operations teams to scale improvements.
• Drive change adoption and secure stakeholder buy-in for smooth implementation.
• Document processes with flow diagrams and change control artifacts.
• Continuously refine processes for ongoing effectiveness and agility.
