The role focuses on delivering capacity gains, reducing risk, and embedding improvements into day-to-day operations, partnering with technology and risk stakeholders to enable scalable, sustainable change.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in process engineering, analysis, and change management.
• 3+ years operating within a formal BPM framework, including governance.
• 2+ years using process mapping tools (Lucidchart, Visio, Mural).
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.

Responsibilities

• Apply DMAIC and Lean Six Sigma methodologies to solve complex, cross-functional problems.
• Partner with ISTS leaders to identify, prioritize, and execute high-impact improvement opportunities.
• Deliver measurable capacity and efficiency gains with standardized measurement and reporting.
• Ensure improvements are sustainable, controlled, and embedded into day-to-day operations.
• Maintain an improvement backlog and prioritize initiatives with greatest value.
• Create updated process maps, SOPs, KPIs, and governance artifacts.
• Design future-state processes to streamline workflows and improve user experience.
• Collaborate with IT, security, and operations to implement enhancements.
